Consent - data processing

I consent to the processing of my personal data for the purposes of organizing, conducting, and settling the SSPA competition by the joint controllers: the Silesian University of Technology and the Foundation for the Faculty of Mining, Safety Engineering, and Industrial Automation at the Silesian University of Technology, based in Gliwice, Akademicka 2a.
I acknowledge that I have been informed of my rights to access, rectify, erase, or limit the processing of my data, as well as the right to object and the right to data portability. I am aware that providing data is voluntary but necessary to participate in the competition. I understand that I have the right to withdraw this consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Consent - recording and publication of image

I consent to the recording of my image during the SSPA competition and to the free, repeated distribution of my image in the form of photos and recordings in post-competition materials by the Silesian University of Technology and the Foundation for the Faculty of Mining, Safety Engineering, and Industrial Automation at the Silesian University of Technology, based in Gliwice, Akademicka 2a.
