About the competition
Why Participate?
SSPA is more than just a contest. It’s a platform for growth and great opportunity to:
1. Present your research to a wider audience and an international jury of experts.
2. Gain experience in professional public speaking in English.
3. Establish collaboration with young researchers from across the region.
4. Win attractive cash prizes from a total pool of EUR 1,800.
5. Take a step toward a successful academic or industrial career.
Key Competition Details
Participants: First- or second-cycle students nominated by their home Universities (max. 6 nominees per University).
Format: A 15-minute presentation followed by a 5-minute Q&A session, conducted entirely in English.
Awards: In each section, the best presentations will be awarded: 1st place (EUR 300), 2nd place (EUR 200), and 3rd place (EUR 100).
