COST OF PARTICIPATION

Accommodation in a single room: 3100.00 PLN (+23% VAT)
Accommodation in a double room: 2600.00 PLN (+23% VAT)

Additional fees:
Publication in English: + 1000 PLN (+23% VAT).
Publication in Polish: + 400 PLN (+23% VAT).
With one conference fee, the participant can publish one article in the selected monograph (along with payment of the above-mentioned fee).

The cost of participation in the conference includes accommodation, conference materials, meals, and participation in the excursion.
After September 15, 2025, the conference fee will increase by 300 PLN + 23% VAT.

Cancellation of participation in the conference must be made in writing (by fax or email) no later than 14 days before the conference starts. Cancellation after this date will result in the obligation to cover 100% of the organizational costs. Absence at the conference does not exempt from making the payment.
